Specialization/Research Interest
My research centers on enhancing quality health and physical education through quality physical literacy opportunites and inclusive play-based approaches. I focus on adapted and therapeutic physical activity programming that serve diverse populations, with particular emphasis on promoting equitable participation and empowerment for girls and women in sport and physical activity settings.
